CARE:
Glass can be cleaned by wiping with a soft damp cloth or glass cleaner with no additives. Apply glass cleaner to a soft cloth rather than directly on the glass to avoid over-spray that may damage other finishes.

Yes. We work with low iron, cast fire glass, which is the highest quality of tempered glass. Our finished glass product is heat resistant, scratch-resistant, and non-slippery

CAN I REQUEST A SAMPLE?
Surely. To limit to serious inquiries, we charge $200 per sample that is then credited towards the purchase price in the event an order is placed within six months.
ARE Z-GLASS PRODUCTS SAFE AND DO THEY LAST?
Our products were tested in Switzerland, Germany, and Holland thoroughly and passed safety certifications. Additionally, we only work with the highest quality low-iron cast-fire tempered glass, often referred to as safety glass. Our products are heat resistant, scratch-resistant, and non-slippery.
HOW LONG FROM WHEN AN ORDER IS PLACED UNTIL DELIVERY?
8 - 10 weeks.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do not. All sales are final.
DO YOU PROVIDE WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY?
Our clients have good taste and understand luxury so this is a must! For those who aren't familiar with the term, this means that delivery will not only take place to your home or business but placed exactly where you would like (where applicable). Installation is not provided, this applies mostly to tables.
HOW LONG ARE LEAD TIMES (TIME DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INITIATION AND EXECUTION OF PROCESS)?

HOW CAN A Z GLASS CUSTOMER AVOID SALES TAX CHARGES?
In order to avoid sales tax charges, you must also complete and submit a certificate of resale form for the state(s) in which you do business & submit a copy of your certificate of registration.
